Yes, the 8-18 is IMHO the best of the m43 UWA zooms. I know some prefer one or other of the two Olympus lenses (7-14, or 8-25), but as per my comments in the table above, they both have some disadvantages in my view.I certainly have fond memories of the M43 Panasonic Leica 8-18mm that you mentioned in your table. What a great lens it was in terms of construction and image quality.
Now I'm lusting after the Sigma 16-28mm f2.8, I really like it's speed for low-light interior architecture and 16mm is more than wide enough for me.
