Known as a "Portland Minivan", this cargo bike with a canine passenger was snapped via a window with double pane glass & screen.

I like the contrast between the blue sky, the green needles, and the grayish-brown trunks... but I have to admit, I'm really looking forward to how it'll look in spring when the grass has grown. ^^;;
