Sirui Vista Prime 1: interchangeable mounts

The Sirui Vista Prime 1—or VP-1—is a compact and fast cinema lens kit with a unique feature: it comes with four easily interchangeable mount. It is easier because they manual lenses, so there are practically no electronics involved.

You just have to remove four small screws with a screwdriver and choose the mount you need for each occasion. Each lens comes with mounts for Nikon Z, Canon RF, Sony E (default), and L-Mount, along with the necessary tool to change them.

I looked into that, the cost was nearly the same as a new lens in my country

I asked in Sigma Austria and they said that the price is 480€ ... not very cheap, as Markus says.

Wow, I hadn't realised it was this expensive. If you already have an L-mount version then your only option to change would be Sony E and you could probably get a used E-mount copy for the same or less in many cases.

Adaptall for the modern age - a very good idea, shame there's no AF.

Although Vivitar did have something similar but I don't think it sold well and died out. I've only ever owned one and it was terrible.

I wouldn't call it terrible, but I wouldn't call it great either. The lenses I had that used it were unremarkable.

I meant the specific lens I had, I think it was a 100mm f/2.8, which was pretty rare for a third party.
